TERMS & CONDITION

1. It’s solely the responsibility of customer not to give any cloth having possibility of color bleeding or color running. We would not be considered liable in case any cloth bleeds or losses color.

2. It’s solely the responsibility of customer not to give any cloth having possibility to shrink while processing. We would not be considered liable in case any cloth shrinks.

3. It’s solely the responsibility of customer to check if all clothes are fit for machine wash and ironing. The customer can check it on the tag of the cloth.

4. Company is not liable for any damage happens to clothes during processing.

5. We don’t guarantee 100% removal of stains or marks.

6. Customers are requested to take the bill and to check the information like number of clothes, weight, service, amount, etc while giving the clothes and also to check weight and numbers of clothes while receiving.

7. Customers can contact our customer care representative if not satisfied with the quality of service with in 48 hrs.

8. We put our best to deliver clothes within 48 hrs of pick up. However, if due to some conditions beyond our control we fail to do so. Customer doesn’t hold any right to claim any compensation, refunds or any reduction in charges.

9. Customers must check the pockets of clothes before giving it for processing. We are not liable for any thing which is mistakenly kept with the clothes.

10. Customer must take original bill in written or by mail at the time of delivery of clothes.

11. We are not liable for any loss or damage to clothes due to fire, etc. which are beyond our control or similar incidences.

12. In case we figure out that a cloth is bleeding color, shrinking or other similar cases. We may decide to not to process that article.

13. Karta laundry reserves right to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice.

Refund Policy


All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule corrective service free of charge.
It is important you to contact us with in 48 hours of delivery if you are unhappy, so we can schedule you as soon as possilbe corrective service.
